Inside Sales Representatives for Google AdWords (Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian).

Teleperformance is looking for ambitious, energetic, focused and well-organized, Nordic speaking Sales Representatives. Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, for Google AdWords.

Job description/Responsibilities:
As a member of the Inside Sales Team, you¿ll work on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google AdWords, the leading text-based advertising platform in Europe. You bring a proven background in acquiring new clients, and you have particularly adept abilities in lead qualification, sales pitches and general business development. It is a target driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing Google AdWords customer base across EMEA.
- Acquire new Google AdWords customers by qualifying leads, selling and secure deals at the appropriate budget
- Understand customer¿s requirements and objectives and match Google AdWords solutions
- Develop sales pitch strategies that optimize the market potential and increase conversion
- Provide the ultimate in client service by giving potential new customers the attention they need and deserve
- Create and optimize advertising campaigns for customers

Requirements:
- Phone or field based sales experience, with a history of overachieving targets or a desire to start a career in sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over the telephone
- Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn
- Extremely proactive, organized, responsible and proven ability to work well with a team
- Fluent in Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of client needs and of developing creative content
