Every day!Product Quality is an essential function within the FMC quality network and is responsible to ensure that all work performed is planned and executed in accordance with Quality goals and objectives, business processes, and to the quality level specified by the Product Line Organization. Main tasks:Lead, support and follow up Quality Notification (NCR) Coordinator teamFacilitate Quality Review Boards (QRB)Train QN coordinators on non conformance processes.Perform training across departments Monitor and report non conformance process performance (MPR)Support and cooperate with SAP Tool administrator (QM Module)Support regional/global Quality System network and organizationPreferred qualifications and personal skills:Engineering Bachelor degree or other relevant experience.3-5 years of work experience from preferably NCR handling and continuous improvement.Leadership experienceAbility to work systematically, independently and within a team.Experienced SAP user or other ERP system.Good understanding of Business Management SystemsAnalytic with quality mindsetGood presentation and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to develop performance metric reports and data trending analysisAble to make decisions and push actions through the organisation.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and industry standards.Good skills in Norwegian and English language, oral and written We can offer:An environment with high multi-discipline competence and good team spiritChallenging and independent work tasks, which gives excellent opportunities for learning and professional development in a knowledge-based international environmentCompetitive terms with good pension and insurance schemesWork place will be Kongsberg.For more information about the position please contact Øyvind Kongsgård tel.
